Yes, each item has an MOQ, which can be found on its respective item page.
Q: Is the cost of
shipping included in the price of my merchandise?
A: Shipping is not
included in the cost of Allen Field products and will be billed separately on
all invoices. Shipping charges are based on weight, which is determined after
your entire order has been packed for shipping.

A: For your convenience,
Allen Field accepts the following forms of payment: 1. Credit card 2. Wire
transfer 3. Check in advance. Our existing customers are welcome to establish
credit terms upon approval by our Account Receivable Department.
Q: How do I set up credit
terms with Allen Field?

If I place an order with Allen Field today, when will I receive my product?
A:
If your product is in stock, you can expect your product to ship within 24
hours. It will arrive based on the shipping terms you have requested. Our
preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground but you may provide your shipping
account information and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.
Q: What do I do if I
need my order to ship today?
A: Please call our
Customer Service Department at 1-800-225-0396 before 12:30 PM EST to ensure
same day shipment.

Do you drop ship?
A:
Allen Field does offer the option of drop shipments, to both domestic and
abroad destinations. Please specify when placing your order and be sure to
check that all information is correct on your order confirmation.
Q: What if I want to
return all or part of my order?
A: Allen Field will
review any request for a return if made within thirty days of the invoice date.
You must submit a written request to return all or part of your order. Credit
will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Note, a restocking charge will
apply to all returns and you are responsible for the additional freight. All custom and non-stock item orders are non-cancellable and
non-returnable.
Q: What if I want to
cancel an order?
A: Allen Field will review
any request for cancellation before an order has shipped if submitted in
writing. Such request is determined on a case-by-case basis and at Allen
Field’s sole discretion. Contact
