A: Your order will ship within 24 hours as long as the items are in stock.

Q: What are acceptable payment options?
A: For your convenience, Allen Field accepts the following forms of payment: 1. Credit card 2. Wire transfer 3. Check in advance. Our existing customers are welcome to establish credit terms upon approval by our Account Receivable Department.
Q: How do I set up credit terms with Allen Field?

Q: Is the cost of shipping included in the price of my merchandise?
A: Shipping is not included in the cost of Allen Field products and will be billed separately on all invoices. Shipping charges are based on weight, which is determined after your entire order has been packed for shipping.
Q: What if I want to return all or part of my order?
A: Allen Field will review any request for a return if made within thirty days of the invoice date. You must submit a written request to return all or part of your order. Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Note, a restocking charge will apply to all returns and you are responsible for the additional freight.
Q: What if I want to cancel an order?
A: Allen Field will review any request for cancellation before an order has shipped if submitted in writing. Such request is determined on a case-by-case basis and at Allen Field’s sole discretion.
