CASE STUDY: Shopping Bag Handle

A freelance designer brought us the concept of a promotional item uniquely suited to urban, car-free shoppers: a handle for carrying multiple bags. Allen Field customized and manufactured the item, and the designer found a Manhattan-based sponsor: MyHome, the interior design and remodeling firm.

PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT: Waterfall Hangers

Allen Field obtained the license to manufacture these tiered plastic hangers and modified the manufacturing process to improve their quality and durability. We moved the gate to a location where it did not weaken the hanger, and used the best material for this application. Making small plastic hangers regularly, we know the appropriate plastic to use and best location for gates so that they do not weaken the small garment hanger.
