La investigaci\u00f3n pretende mejorar la experiencia de compra en l\u00ednea tanto de compradores como de proveedores, con la intenci\u00f3n de colmar las lagunas existentes entre las expectativas de los compradores y los servicios de los proveedores prestados en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, la encuesta se propuso averiguar el proceso que utilizan los profesionales del envasado en Internet a la hora de buscar informaci\u00f3n sobre proveedores o productos, comparar precios y otros factores importantes del proceso de compra.<\/p>\n<p>En una encuesta de 2016 denominada Comportamiento de compra en l\u00ednea de los compradores de envases de la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Fontys, en la que participaron m\u00e1s de 450 personas de 21 pa\u00edses, se pregunt\u00f3 a los profesionales del envasado sobre su historial de compras a trav\u00e9s de internet durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. Los resultados se centran en 227 de estas personas que respondieron a 20 preguntas sobre el uso de Internet para facilitar la compra de envases. Este blog se centrar\u00e1 en los resultados de la encuesta sobre Esfuerzo, Impacto, Intenci\u00f3n y Reputaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En esta encuesta se ped\u00eda a los compradores de envases que calificaran lo que encontraban en Internet utilizando los cuatro factores siguientes: 1. Esfuerzo necesario para encontrarlo, medido como bajo o alto; 2. Impacto producido, medido como ninguno o mucho; 3. Intenci\u00f3n presentada por la informaci\u00f3n, medida como vaga\/no clara o que me apoya; y 4. Reputaci\u00f3n del contenido, medida como enga\u00f1osa\/dudosa o impresionante\/cierta. La reputaci\u00f3n del contenido, medida como enga\u00f1osa\/dudosa o impresionante\/cierta.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, la encuesta analizaba la valoraci\u00f3n del esfuerzo y el papel del comprador.<\/p>\n<p>La encuesta tambi\u00e9n profundiz\u00f3 en las razones por las que los compradores consideraban que los materiales eran dif\u00edciles de comprar en l\u00ednea, utilizando una escala forzada de distribuci\u00f3n de 100 puntos entre las opciones, y la distancia buscada frente a la facilidad. Estos resultados demostraron que hay margen de mejora para que el proceso de compra de materiales de envasado en l\u00ednea sea, en general, m\u00e1s sencillo.
