Shipping is not included in the cost of Allen Field products and will be billed separately on all invoices. Shipping charges are based on weight, which is determined after your entire order has been packed for shipping.

Yes, there is a $250 minimum order amount, excluding any freight charges. There is no MOQ but items are sold in increments based on their carton quantity, no exceptions can be made. You can find details about an item’s carton quantity on its respective page.

We do not charge sales tax pursuant to NY Tax Law §1105(c)(2).

For your convenience, Allen Field accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, check, and wire transfer. Existing customers are welcome to establish credit terms upon approval by our Account Receivable Department.

If the products ordered are in stock, you can expect your order to ship within 24 hours. It will arrive based on the shipping terms you have requested. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground but you may provide your shipping account information and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.

Allen Field does offer the option of drop shipments, to both domestic and abroad destinations. Please specify when placing your order and be sure to check that all information is correct on your order confirmation.

Allen Field will review any request for cancellation before an order has shipped, if submitted in writing. Such request is determined on a case-by-case basis and at Allen Field’s sole discretion. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-535-0810 to initiate this process and to learn about all of your options.

Allen Field will review any request for a return if made within thirty days of the invoice date. You must submit a written request to return all or part of your order. Credit will not be issued for unauthorized returns. Note, a restocking charge will apply to all returns and you are responsible for the additional freight. All custom and non-stock items ordered are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
